Divine Purpose PMA Webinar Membership Agreement
By registering for the Trifecta Effect Webinar, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Membership Agreement.
By registering, you are requesting membership in Divine Purpose PMA, an integrated auxiliary of Freedom Family Fellowship. This is a private assembly for educational and spiritual purposes.
1. Educational Notice & Personal Responsibility
This Private Membership Association provides educational and spiritual information only. Nothing shared within Divine Purpose PMA constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Each member is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes, and agrees to seek independent counsel if desired.
2. Private Nature & ConfidentialityÂ
I understand that participation is between private individuals only. I agree that all information shared within the association—whether written, digital, visual, or spoken—is presumed confidential. I will not distribute, forward, post, publish, or disclose any private matters to any person or entity, public or private, without express written consent from the other party. These confidentiality obligations are a core condition of my membership. The obligations of this Agreement shall survive for two (2) years after the termination of my Membership in the association.
3. Personal ResponsibilityÂ
I take full responsibility for my own experience and results. Each party agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the other party, distributors, representatives, and employees from any and all third-party claims, demands, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, costs, and expenses resulting from the indemnifying party’s material breach of any duty, representation, or warranty under this Agreement.
4. Voluntary Participation & Private Capacity I am entering this private relationship knowingly, willingly, and of my own free will. I affirm that I am acting in my private capacity as a private person, not in any public or corporate role.
5. No Agency Representation I affirm that I am not acting as an agent for any government or regulatory agency. I understand that any misrepresentation is a trespass, making me liable for $1,000,000.00 plus $100 per minute.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution This Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of Nature and Nature's God in accordance with Universal Contract Law. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration. The parties will first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith discussion. If unsuccessful, they will mutually agree upon a single, neutral third-party arbiter. The arbiter's decision will be final and binding on both parties, and the costs of arbitration shall be split equally, unless the arbiter awards costs to one party. Both parties expressly waive their right to a court trial.
7. Membership Terms I understand I can withdraw my membership at any time. My membership can be revoked for abusive, violent, or harassing behavior. This agreement is the entire understanding between us. This Agreement shall not be assignable by either party. Neither party may delegate its duties under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
8. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining portions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and be construed so as to best produce the original intent and purpose of this Agreement.
